AllEmployment Solutions partners with organizations and companies to cost effectively manage their workforce, through improved efficiency and retention.
BACKGROUND
In 1998, Innovative Employment Solutions (IES) was created to assist companies and organizations with managing their workforce effectively, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. In 2017, AllEmployment Solutions was established as a parent company to facilitate the growth of IES.
AllEmployment Solutions has offices in Central and Southwest Texas, and has quickly established, and strives to maintain, an outstanding reputation for quality and exceptional service to employers and employees.

AES is owned and operated by Cathy Muniz and Aurea Martinez. Combined they provided 50+ years experience in Business Management, Human Resources, Staffing and Project Management.
